Overview

As a corporate teacher and trainer for a major U.S.-based airline for over 15 years, I have been able to interact with people from all over the world. Working with employees ranging from top managers to frontline employees from different cultures, I have experienced first-hand the importance of “seeing the world through the eyes of another”.

TetraMap Facilitation

I have found TetraMap to be an amazing tool to demonstrate how each member of an organization plays a critical role in an effort to maintain balance within a group. It helps foster mutual understanding and respect for each team member’s viewpoint.

I have also incorporated “Why are You Like That?” as a tool in my company’s Accelerated Learning workshop for teachers and trainers. It helps trainers realize that these different elements are naturally present in their students. An important aspect of being an effective leader in the classroom is to understand and respect the differences in the people that you teach.
