Michele is a seasoned learning and development facilitator, assessor, and workforce solutions professional offering a wealth of experience gained from working with both corporate and SME organisations across the globe. She has provided facilitation, assessment and solutions in GCC organisations including Cisco, Pfizer, 3M, Bombardier Transportation, Al Futtaim, Ignite Training, GE, Procter & Gamble, Duracell, Al Ghandi Auto, Exxon Mobil, Thomson Reuters, NZ Police and NZ Ambulance Emergency Services.

Michele’s roles have afforded her valuable insight into diversity within multi-cultural environments and how this contributes to organisational culture and productivity (diversity of cultures, values, behaviours, generations, genders). This was the catalyst for driving TetraMap Facilitation – the next generation in Behavioural Systems and Developmental Learning.

With a rich blend of practical hands-on experience, Michele has led high performing teams in the corporate arena across talent acquisition, key account management and business development fields, driving strategy while supporting their personal and career development. She is a skilled career transition and interview success coach. Her particular strength is facilitating corporate workshops & growing collaborative teams who appreciate the value of innovation & high standards; encouraging a productive and aligned culture in order to deliver results through mental agility and insightful inter-dependence. This then directly impacts organisational alignment, synergy, productivity and profits. As a result, she uses creative tools from the Learning and Development community to shape inspiring programmes that uphold the value that exists, and change what no longer works.

Michele’s engaging communication and naturally explorative disposition have been welcomed in the Middle East over the past four years, boosted by the power of subtlety, intuition and search for unity. She is known for her playful blend of analysis, persistence, insight and humor.

She is a Fellow of the RCSA New Zealand, is approved to deliver accredited TetraMap International programmes and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management, following under-graduate study at Massey University, New Zealand (Bach.Business Studies – HR).

As a founder of The HR Arena, Michele is especially attuned to the demands of changing, fast-paced environments and offers a partnership with high sensitivity to cultural difference, an in-depth understanding of its importance, and a strong conviction that leveraging differences allows us to thrive.

TetraMap Facilitation

I love the elasticity of TetraMap and it’s ability to flex to meet client challenges i.e. it is not simply a behavioural tool, but one which can be applied to any complex project or situation to explore through four lenses. For example, you can TetraMap any project or strategy into four parts: Outputs, Systems, Culture, Image (Earth, Air, Water, Fire) or, you could TetraMap the values of an organisation to see how balanced they are across the four Elements. This flexibility and the external view of TetraMap, make it a unique and valuable model, tool and approach in versatile organisations.
