Overview

I specialise in facilitating soft skills such as interpersonal communication skills, conflict resolution, rapport building, emotional intelligence and presentation skills. My style of facilitation is designed to encourage and inspire participants to exceed their own expectations.

I take a creative approach to making technical and specialist information understandable and accessible to the course participants. I combine training with story-telling, humour, visual media and interaction to create an engaging learning environment.

My various long and short-term work contracts as a consultant have given me a solid background as a Human Resource generalist, having worked in areas at all levels, including public sector Chief Executive recruitment and remuneration.

My expertise includes training design, development and facilitation for the private and public sector. I have experience in the creation of e-Learning modules through managing relationships between subject matter experts and e-Learning providers.

TetraMap Facilitation

TetraMapping is a wonderful tool for taking a big picture approach to the behaviours in the workplace, then using that overview to delve deeper into interpersonal relationships between individuals and team dynamics. It’s an interesting, engaging and well supported tool. It’s fun to participate as well as fun to facilitate, and therefore works well as a team-building platform as well as an analysis tool.
