Overview

Terry’s most recent role as Senior Vice President Teletech Consulting APAC has been to build the brand in the region (formally rogenSi). This involved designing the strategy and execution of the new offering of Customer Experience Consulting by building practices offering including Customer Insights, Digital, Service Excellence, Mindset & Change, Sales Transformation and Content and Collaboration.

Previous Roles
Prior to coming back to Australia in 2013 Terry lead rogenSi business’ in London (Managing Director EMEA), Singapore (Managing Director Asia ) and Dubai (Managing Director Middle East). Before the merger of Rogen and SI Group (Terry was a partner of SI) Terry held Senior Human Resource roles in financial services in Australia

TetraMap Facilitation

I was introduced to TetraMap in 2006 whilst with the SI Group in London and was wow’d by it’s simplicity. I am accredited to use many psychometric tools but always come back to using TetraMap as it is always popular with clients.
