Overview

Responsible for launching the ‘Impossible is Nothing’ initiative for the adidas Group in Northern Europe, my focus is on embracing and harnessing change and moving people and organisations forward through positive action.

My background is varied and has been gained from fast-growing, rapidly changing environments. With over 15 years in leadership, coaching and people development, I hold a finance degree and a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Development.

As a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the British Psychological Society, I am an extensive user of psychometrics, licensed to administer a wide range of personality measuring tools including Hogan, MBTI, TEIQ and TetraMap.

Currently working with Wellness International, my coaching style is a holistic one, seeking harmony between the mind, body, heart and spirit.

Using nature’s teachings as a means of growing as people is the main appeal of TetraMap. Its uniquely harmonious methodology will appeal to clients – complex in foundation, yet simple in outcome with a multiplicity of uses.
