I am passionate about helping individuals develop and applying principles of business psychology to organisation development. I specialise in training and coaching media professionals as well as supporting the learning-experience design and delivery of broader leadership development interventions.

What will never stop surprising me about Tetramap is how easy it is for people to get into it. There are also a lot of smiles during the session, which creates a positive environment.
Facilitating this workshop offers me new insights into the human behaviour every time. Discussing the elements also helps me keep my facilitation style more fluid and improve my confidence with least preferred elements.
