Helen is a Certified TetraMap Facilitator, and also an associate consultant with LA Direction, an independant training company who deliver a wide range of development programmes.

Programmes include the Nature of Sales & Service, The Nature of Teams, The Nature of Planning plus a wide range of supervisory and management skills training.

Helen believes that long term sustainable growth within organisations can only be achieved through the people working within the them, and therefore, looking after their greatest asset is crucial.
