TetraMap Facilitation

I have been a TetraMap facilitator since 2011, leading dozens and dozens of workshops, teams and projects using the tool. I have seen first-hand how TetraMap enables people to better understand one another, reduce conflict, improve communication, and plan together. 

With the positive impact I saw with using TetraMap, I joined the Master TetraMap Facilitator programme and am now a certified Master TetraMap Facilitator. I learnt early that if I start with TetraMap, everything goes better from there. 

I always begin my work with an exploratory discussion with team leader(s) to establish the team’s current functioning, aspirations and opportunities for team growth.  We design our approach that includes workshops and at least two follow up meetings dedicated to supporting key people/teams to embed the TetraMap learning and get the most out of the tool.     

I like TetraMap because, in our continuously changing world, we need tools that will quickly move teams to create sustainable solutions together. TetraMap does that with elegance, science, and a whole lot of fun.
