Anne Clews is a key player in the global development of TetraMap, forming TetraMap UK in 2007. Since her introduction to TetraMap in 2004, Anne has been responsible for the development of facilitators across Europe, introducing TetraMap to organisations including BSkyB, Car Phone Warehouse, Deutsche Bank, Nationwide Building Society and Telefonica.
Always looking for innovative solutions, Anne has played a major role in the development of TetraMap’s blended learning programmes.
An advocate of strengths-based methods, Anne’s passion is to help people maximise their potential by recognising their own natural strengths. She continues to be inspired by seeing ‘light bulb moments’ in others.
Anne cites her introduction to TetraMap, at a certification course in Auckland in 2004, as her most significant learning experience.
“Being immersed in the culture really helped me to appreciate the richness and value of diversity. Bringing TetraMap to the UK and growing TetraMap UK has given me the opportunity to develop skills on so many levels.”
