Executive Leadership Coach and Facilitator with a global perspective – creating space for people, teams and organisations to be authentically themselves and think, be and do differently – together.
My passion is to partner with individuals, teams and organisations to support them through times of change and transition. Creating meaningful experiences that shift our awareness on the way we think, feel and ultimately are – in relationship with ourselves and others – is at the heart of my practice.
I work as an executive leadership and human potential coach, team development facilitator, and education consultant. Common to all threads of my work has always been a connection to nature, a broad and eclectic curiosity, and a commitment to the greater project of living a good life.
In my early career, I worked on the land and in scientific research. I then spent over 30 years in senior leadership roles in tertiary education in New Zealand, and internationally across four continents, specialising in teaching and learning.
As an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I coach and facilitate personal and professional development experiences for leaders and teams from all sectors, levels and cultures. I work with people who know it’s time for change, and who have the courage to start, even if they aren’t yet clear about what’s next. My work centers around exploring human potential and supporting people in the creation of more meaningful lives – taking care of themselves while creating work worth doing, organizations worth working in and communities worth living in.
