Overview

EMA Learning offers over 100 business workshops and a large number of our facilitators are now TetraMap® certified. This means that the TetraMap® model is embedded in many of our courses and programmes. Our Tailored Solutions department is also a great advocate of the model, and many Leadership programmes are designed for organisations using the TetraMap® model as a basis for conflict resolution, communication and team-building activities.

TetraMap Facilitation

I was first introduced to the TetraMap® model when I attend EMA’s Communication using the TetraMap® of Behaviour’ workshop. I was completely captivated by the beauty of its simplicity, and its ingenious and creative synergy with nature.

The TetraMap® model is an easy-to-use, fun and engaging tool that belongs in every facilitator’s tool kit.
