I`m a trainer and coach for Emotional Intelligence.

I think the integration of TetraMap into leadership programs in banks as well as into sales education is unique.

The first time I experienced TetraMap, I was fascinated from the very first moment.

The model is not only easily and intuitively understandable but also valid and efficient with lots of possibilities (sales, leadership, team, coaching, and more).

For my clients it’s the ability to handle others and themselves in a cooperative way, especially when different systems of values clash. They can understand better that different mental worlds are causing very different behaviours. They are then more efficient in sales, leading, and teamwork because they are aware that there are common interests in every typological make-up.
