Overview

James is part of the TetraMap Global team of Master Facilitators, having been accredited and delivering TeraMap facilitation since 2009. At heart, James is passionate about teaching and learning, which he integrates into both his professional and personal life.

As a qualified master practitioner of NLP and various coaching methods, James utilises a wide range of tools and techniques that ensure the learner is able to effectively use the material rather than leave learning in the class room; ‘practical and applicable strategies for improved performance’.

As Strategy and Consulting director for Curium Solutions James has shaped major transformation programmes for some leading organisations on both a UK and Global scale. The list of clients James has worked with includes Lloyds Banking Group, Eon, Marks & Spencer and Tesco, to name a few. During this time James has worked with some amazing individuals and teams and has been a key note speaker at several client conferences on the subjects of mind-set, organisational change and leadership.
