I have 25 years experience in training both in education and business. I’ve found that “Why Are You Like That?” can be a transformational learning experience for various organizations, age groups, and cultures from the front line to top leaders.

TetraMap helps people understand their own behavior and others so that they can improve communication and relationships personally and professionally. Using nature as a metaphor is a wonderful way to explain this and it has an appeal and acceptance with every different cultural group I’ve worked with.
