Kia ora.  I am a Health and Safety Consultant and Trainer, based in Tauranga in the beautiful Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.  (Aotearoa)

I was introduced to TetraMap whilst facilitating leadership courses in 2020.  I had just completed studies in Tikanga Māori and seemed like a natural progression to upskill and become a TetraMap facilitator.  

TetraMap uses the four natural elements of Earth, Air, Water, and Fire.  Reflecting using Mother Nature is a fun and easy way to learn, remember, and develop.

TetraMap will assist with self-reflection and personal growth.  It will help you identify your natural behaviours, preferences, and strengths.  It will also assist identify the elements you need to sometimes work or focus on. 

It can benefit you in identifying the best way to interact with others.  It can offer guidance on how we can best communicate or instruct our peers, workforce, management team, clients, and Whānau.

TetraMap will change the way you see the world.

Having a strong “Fire” element, I will make training interesting and fun!
