A lifelong learner and student of leadership, I serve as the Director of Leadership Cleveland, a 10-month civic engagement program that empowers senior-level positional leaders with the knowledge, skills and relationships to advance and deepen their community impact. I also direct the LC2 Fellows program, in which Leadership Cleveland alumni spend 10 months engaging in a project-based, outcome-driven civic engagement experience.
Additionally, I help teams operate and communicate more effectively by facilitating TetraMap sessions.
The beauty of TetraMap is its simplicity. I love seeing the light bulb moment for my clients–that moment when they really understand what the instrument can do for them… How it can improve their interactions at work, at home and in the community… How they are going to relate more deeply with those around them for the rest of their lives.
