Overview

I’m a trainer and coach for Emotional Intelligence.

Helping people and organisations to understand emotions and act emotionally intelligent has been my mission for the last 12 years.

TetraMap Facilitation

I was always a big critic of any kind of typological tool – until I met Yoshimi and Jon Brett in 2001 and learned about TetraMap!

I was and am totally convinced by the holistic approach and especially the three-dimensional tetrahedron visualisation which provides the message that each element has things in common with each other element – a message that is NOT delivered by the usual picture of the typological four-quadrant-circle!

After experiencing TetraMap I had a strong feeling of reconciliation with my rather Earthy inner self and nowadays I use TetraMap in my EQ-trainings to teach the diversity and different value-systems different people have.
