Phil learned TetraMap and Why Are You Like That? when delivering the Leadership Development Programme for Telefonica O2. He has since introduced it to his other clients including Headlam PLC, Wolseley, soak.com, The Football Association, Rutland Cycles, Network Rail, MJJ Exclusive, CitNOW and BAI Communications.

Phil has delivered these using both the traditional workbooks in a face-to-face workshop and the online instrument and delivered the WAYLT as a virtual workshop.
