My passion is to help individuals and teams develop their skills in order to do the best work they are able to. I have experience of working with and for businesses of different sizes and types, from small training provider, to Local Authority to the Charity sector.

TetraMap Facilitation

I love the natural and Elemental nature of TetraMap, its simplicity and universal appeal, and the fact it can start to be applied immediately. I see it as a means of improving interpersonal understanding, communication and relationships, thus leading to happier and more fulfilling workplaces, where every person can shine.
