I particularly enjoy working with farmers and their families. My professional experience working in the Rural sector since 2004 has shown me that, those with clarity about who they are and what they stand for – get to have a LEGACY the way they intended.

I am driven to see farmers and their families understand each other, beyond a nice chat at a Christmas dinner or at a family BBQ.

This is why I am a Rural Coach. As a partner and director of Rural Coach Ltd, I get to utilise the significant personal and professional experience from 17 years in Agri Banking. Having worked one2one with farmers and their farming businesses. I have seen how they work through challenges and/or opportunities and understand the strategies and tactics they employ. I focus in the areas of Succession Planning, Business and Strategic Planning, Rural Leadership and Personal Development.
