Trish Lui

Trish is a highly experienced learning and development consultant, facilitator, and coach, who works with organisations large and small in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. She is a Director of Catalyst Pacific Ltd.

Trish is passionate about enhancing and enriching people’s development and organisations’ ability to achieve their goals. She has a particular interest and expertise in group facilitation, developing high performing teams, design, and delivery of management and leadership development and coaching programmes, and specialises in building cross-cultural effectiveness.

She’s also committed to service excellence, using tools and frameworks such as TetraMap, Appreciative Inquiry, 360-degree feedback tools, and the Lominger Leadership Architect® suite, in which she is certified.

Her previous roles have included: Programme Director for the New Zealand College of Management and Continuing Education Manager for the Insurance Institute of New Zealand. She has a BA in Education and English Literature from Victoria University of Wellington.
