Nicki shares her passion for nature and illustrates how she includes this in all her workshops to bring a greater sense of connection to each other and the planet we live on. She says in some way that many humans have become removed from a primal understanding of how we are all simply part of nature’s ecosystem.
In this 30 minute episode she discusses music, her leadership experiences and her love of TetraMap as a tool that has added significant value and depth. It is this combination that has driven her desire to create a collaborative conference ‘Leading for a Better World’ to be held on 22 May 2020 at the most fabulous venue reflecting the diversity of nature – The Eden Project in Cornwall.
The book Nicki referenced is called The Nature of Leadership and the Sundance Promise is:
“If you will open yourself to the natural environment, the people around you, and timeless principles, you will find personal and specific answers to the leadership challenges and opportunities you face.”
